My clients are high-achieving women who have worked hard to get to where they are but life still feels hard. In therapy with me, we talk about the things you are struggling with that no one knows about (e.g. relationship issues, sex, navigating tricky family dynamics, grieving what you thought life would look like, body image, and imposter syndrome). We’ll do deep work looking at what needs to change so life can stop feeling so hard all the time.

My current rate for therapy sessions is $225. Payment is due at the time of session and can be paid with most major credit cards and HSAs.
I do not take insurance. Insurance companies can dictate how often you need sessions and always require a diagnosis. By not taking insurance, I am able to truly tailor therapy to your specific needs. Should you want to utilize OON benefits, I would be more than happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement.

Starting off, therapy sessions occur weekly. This ensures that we are building a strong foundations where you can make progress towards your goals for therapy. It can be hard to make progress in therapy if sessions are not consistent. After a while, we can adjust frequency based on your specific needs.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you miss your appointment, will be charged the full session fee ($225).

I do not. At this time, all sessions are virtual through a HIPAA compliant video platform. Virtual sessions offer flexibility and convenience for my high-achieving clients by who are trying to fit in therapy in their already overpacked schedule.
-
Sessions are conducted via a HIPAA compliant video platform. You’ll receive a link to the session 5-10 minutes before the appointment so you don’t have to worry about trying to remember your password and log into another portal.
For virtual sessions, all you need to is to be connected to secure internet (not Starbucks wifi), physically in Texas, and in a private location.
Research shows that virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. For my busy high achieving women, virtual sessions offer privacy and convenience.
